3rd One Day International today!
The third one day international between India and West Indies will be played tosday at St. Leuasia. Indian Cricket team is now in West Indies for four One Day International series, in which first two matches were played.

The series is locked with 1-1, both teams will go out for a victory at the Beausejour Stadium and thereby ensure that they cannot lose the series.

India had a glorious victory in the first match, with the score of 339. But in the second match, India had its defeat with a very low score of 188, with which it had lost all the wickets. After the humiliating defeat in last match, Indian Captain Dhoni said that he had mistaken about the fields.

From the defeat of first match, West Indies learnt some what about the Indian Batsmen that they are struggling with the Short pitch bouncer. In the second match, the Carribeans have exploited India's weakness to short pitched deliveries to a great extent by the well playing bowlers Ram Paul, Bravo and Taylor.

In the absence of star performers like Sachin and Sehwag, the top order bating has lacked and poor form of Gambhir has only lead India's misery. The failuare of Rohit Sharma has himself to blame for the rut as his shot selection has been atrocious. Tamil Nadu's wicket keeper-batsman Dinesh Karthick has been tried out as Gambhir's opening partner and it will be interesting to see whether the team management persists with him.

Yusuf Pathan, Jadeja are struggling in the middle order. Yuvraj can be a highly destructive batsman as he is in very good form. After a long gap, Dhoni is back in form, with his 95 in last match.

Dhoni himself admitted that the batting has not been of a high order and has told his teammates to play more responsibly.
